PR & Culture Marketing Manager (12 month temp) – adidas

You will be based within our Nordic Headquarters in our brand-new office in Solna, joining approximately 100 colleagues across Sales, Marketing and support functions. The Nordics is part of our North Europe Cluster, bringing together the Nordics, UK and Benelux as one team.
- Build and maintain relevant and strong relationships within the creative industries in the Nordics
- Assure a strategic, proactive approach to celebrities and influencers who add value to the brand and our consumers, and consistently evolve and add to the network
- Drive and execute our content strategy across fashion and sports for the North Cluster, aligned with Western Europe plan across Sport Performance and Fashion
- Create local PR material and press releases, concepts and content
- Create and execute local seeding strategy with clear KPI:s
- Drive and implement strategic culture marketing plans and strategies in sync with business plans, annual brand calendar and drive product launches and brand campaigns cross-functions
- Attend entertainment events and industry meetings for networking, when relevant
- Proactively identify opportunities to connect talent to our brand by partner, through relevant global entertainment and sporting moments and activities
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of brand projects: incl negotiating talent agreements; event management & logistics; production day [photoshoot] logistics, content planning
- Lead the project management and execution of local adidas Culture Marketing event properties and their activation plans in market
- Leverage marketing integration to drive key commercial opportunities at own retail, wholesale partners, etc.
- Great insight and experience of social media communications, influencer marketing, PR, relationship management and events
- Feeling in latest trends within sports, fashion and streetwear/and insights within niche subcultures/communities/networks – preferably with womens focus
- Creative and sense of visual content and production – and simultaneously be skilled at analyzing our target audiences and capturing new trends
- Experiences with creating and managing content production
- Existing network with artists, creators and influencers in the Nordics
- Strong communication skills: written, oral and presentation
