About the role
Are you passionate about the industry and want to have a deeper understanding and insight into where it’s headed? As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing our ongoing projects taking responsibility for allocating monthly budgets and campaign performance. You’ll help develop and optimize our influencer selection process while building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers and management teams. You’ll be responsible for the overall performance of one of our key clients.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in influencer marketing and contribute to impactful campaigns for an internationally recognised brand.
Responsibilities: Your tasks may vary based on client needs, including but not limited to:
– Maintain our ‘Alway’s on’ paid talent bookings across Instagram and YouTube
– Source and negotiate new bookings to ensure budgets are spent strategically
– Manage yearly booking plan to ensure KPI’s are met (we work on a performance-first metric)
– Internal and external reporting on a regular basis to ensure the project is on track and on target.
– Influencer and client communications to ensure smooth campaign management
– Build and solidify our already long-term trusted client relationship.
– Analyzing performance metrics and contributing to ongoing client reporting.
– Tests new ideas on how to develop these channels and hit targets for clients.
– Able to actively solve problems/obstacles
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who is a natural team fit, someone who is able to read the room and able to connect with those around them, most importantly understanding the needs of our clients and how we can best deliver these. Problem solving, used to pressured situations
– Previous experience and solid track record within Influencer Marketing is required (brand or agency background).
– A results and analytical-orientated mindset – comes naturally and is able to evaluate and pull key performance metrics.
– The ability to multitask and adjust to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
– Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
– Proactive attitude, able to take ownership of your work, and enjoy tackling new challenges. You have a problem-solving attitude as well as able to action it.
– A great communicator fluent in both written and spoken English (other languages are a bonus).
Proficiency in Google Sheets is required.
