We are helping a consumer tech startup in their search for an Influencer & Partnerships Manager.
Our client is developing a new dimension of the Internet, a Light web, where creators can build their own platform and products. The company aims to fundamentally change how people create and interact online. By freeing creators and their fans from the constraints of social media – they are building an advanced toolkit that fosters a vibrant, community-driven video society for limitless creativity and innovation.
The product is currently in beta and has already launched collaborations with various creators.
This is an ambitious venture, backed by one of Europe’s top VCs. The founder is a well-known profile from the Swedish tech scene – with a background in co-founding a global app used by millions of people daily.
The Role
Our client operates on a global scale, and as they are approaching launching phase, they are strengthening their talented team with an Influencer & Partnerships Manager.
As the Influencer & Partnerships Manager you will lead our client’s efforts in Influencer/creator acquisition, which involves identifying and collaborating with creators that can create engaging content with the help of our client’s product.
Your extensive network of influencers and creators will play a key part in executing these strategies, enabling our client to connect with diverse audiences and generate a buzz.
What you’ll do
- Lead Influencer/creator acquisition
- Identify and build relationships with Influencers/creators
- Manage contact with influencers/creators, including negotiation and budget responsibilities
- Brainstorm new creative approaches in close collaborations with the rest of the team
- Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Who you are
We are looking for you who have a proven track record in building and managing influencer partnerships and creating impactful campaigns. As our ideal candidate, you possess a deep understanding of influencer strategies on a global scale. You are engaged and driven and have the ability to navigate in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
Furthermore, you have:
- Proven experience in managing partnerships and collaborating with influencers/creators on a global scale
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including social media, content creation, and online communities
- A strong bias-to-action and used to getting things done in a short timeframe
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building- / networking skills
- Creative and open mindset with an innate ability to deliver innovative ideas
- Comfortable with a remote culture and the freedom to work from wherever you want
This is a long-term contract-based position
