We’re looking for a driven and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to join ICANIWILL’s growth journey!
As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will join our Influencer Marketing team and be responsible for creating, maintaining, and developing influencer marketing activities and strategies for the German and Swedish markets. You should be passionate about social media, have a keen eye for the latest trends, and be unafraid to develop innovative ideas.
Key responsibilities:
– Responsible for building and maintaining relationships and collaborations with influencers and creators on the German and Swedish Market
– Develop, implement and execute strategies within the markets
– Manage monthly budget and achieve sales targets, involving negotiation, planning, contract management, and overseeing collaborations from start to finish.
– Continuous monitoring to stay updated on social media, upcoming trends and the influencer marketing landscape in the markets
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree within marketing, communication or similar
– Minimum 1 year of experience from working with Influencer Marketing
– Strong work ethic and high ambition
– Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish; Knowing German is a plus.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Skilled in building relationships, handling negotiations and effective communication
– Strong planning and structural skills
– Unafraid to come up with new ideas and lead initiatives
