If you possess a passion for influencer marketing, content creation and social media, we have an exciting role for you as a Content & Influencer Manager. Join our Brand Activation team and play a key role in enhancing our brand’s visibility through captivating content strategies and impactful influencer collaborations.You will work out of our HQ in Hyllie, just 30 minutes from Kongens Nytorv in Copenhagen. We are located in the center of the Öresunds region, easily accessible by train or car.As a Content & Influencer Manager, you’ll be instrumental in elevating our brand’s online footprint and engagement. With a blend of content creation, influencer relationship management, and social media expertise, you will drive our brand’s success by conceptualizing and executing content initiatives that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand identity.What You Will DoTo succeed as our new Content & Influencer Manager we believe that you have a proven track record from a broad role collaborating with internal teams. Together with our internal Campaign teams you will act as a bridge between Boozt and the brands. We also believe that you have experience in analyzing, evaluating and reporting on data, following trends to make decisions upon this.
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that amplify our brand’s presence and resonate with our audience.
- Lead influencer marketing efforts, identifying suitable influencers, and nurturing productive partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and the sales team to create creative briefs for influencer campaigns for both Boozt brand and partners.
- Oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns, from idea generation and briefing to monitoring performance and reporting.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer-driven initiatives, including brand activations.
- Create compelling content for diverse digital platforms, such as social media channels, blog articles, and video content.
- Stay attuned to industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Analyze campaign metrics and data to continuously refine strategies, enhancing outcomes.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation in content and influencer engagement.
- Contribute to broader brand activation initiatives and support the execution of creative projects.
YOUR PROFILEWe are looking for someone to take Boozt to the next level within influencer marketing where we believe that you have at least 3 years of experience within this field. You will take charge of content strategies, foster influencer relationships, and contribute to brand activation efforts.

- Track record of devising and executing impactful influencer campaigns that amplify brand awareness.
- Experience in working with and making decisions based on data. Evaluating and presenting performance analysis.
- Strong creative flair with the ability to produce visually appealing content.

- Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail, capable of generating unique content ideas.
- Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent deadlines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, photo and video editing software is advantageous.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Danish language proficiency is a plus.
